ARTICLES OF AQREEMENT, made this 14th day of January, A.D. 1972,
between Hazel J. Harris, an unremarried widow,

Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife, parties of the
first part and Earl Skovsgard, a single adult, 1204 Avenue "B",
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part. .

~ WITNESSETH, That if the said party of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned

~ on his part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first
W~°~ part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said

~ and Demmer's Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in
plat book 2, page 10, public records of St. LUcie County,
Florida. -
and said party of the second part hereby covenants and agree to
pay to the said parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns,
i at their office in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of $25,000.00 in

~ (2) $211.00 per month interest and principal payment starting on

~ the 15th day of February, A.D. 1972 and on the 15th day of each M

~ installment balance of $24,000.00 is paid in full. The afore-

~ said interest to be calculated on the unpaid balance due at the

~ rate of 8.25~ per annum. Each installment shall be first

applied in payment of the interest and then on the unpaid -

= balance of the principal sum. A late penalty of ~j.Ox will be

- added to and collected with any amount or amounts due and
~ payable under this contract which have not been paid by the 22nd

~ day of each month. This late penalty shall apply to any past
