SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LEORA SKAGGS, a widow
and single adult, as to an undivided one-half interest, and CLAUDE
CREECH and CLEO CREECH, his wife, as to an undivided one-half
interest, the holders and owners of a certain mortgage given by
JONN D. BROWNING and VIRGINIA BROWNING, his wife, to LEORA SKAGGS,
a widaw, and CLAUDE CREECH and CLEO CREECH, his wife, bearing date
thel6th day of November, 1970, recorded in O€ficial Record Book
188, at page 869 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, State of Florida; given to secure the sum of
Thirty-nine Thousand Fifty DOLLARS ($39,050.00), evidenced by two
separate promissory notes in the amount of $19,525.00 each, upon
the following described property, situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, of Block 13, PINEWOOD SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book S, page 24 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of
i said Lot 7 where it joins the North line of Lot 4,
run South along said lot line 40.9 feet to the
; corner of said lot; thence run NWerly along the
~ South lot line of said Lot 7, 76.1 feet; thence
Q run East to point of beginning;
t having received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby

~ acknowledge satisfaction of said mortgage and hereby direct the
~ Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
