Before me, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
Diane King, who upon being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. She is a Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of
Florida; and that as such she is custodian of the Official Record
Books and Plat Books for St. Lucie County.
2. As such custodian, she has examined ~he recorded plats E
and has ascertained that there are two ~
of St. Lucie County
recorded plats of KILLER AND DEMMER'S ADDITION to Fort Pierce,
the first of said plats appearing in Plat Book 1, page 45, and
the second of said plats being in Plat Book 2, page 10-C•
3. The plat appearing in Plat Book 1, page 45 denominates
Blocks 1 and 2 of the Subdivision, and divides Block 1 only into
lots.
