In this instrument the singulsr shall include the plurel and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to end bs binding upon the re:pective
heirs, executors, edministrstors, succsssors end essigns of the Mortgaflor end Mortgeflee.
