fertilize, irrigate, drain, spray, dust and otheYwise keep, maintain
and cars for the citrus trees now growing on the aforedescribed lands
in a good and husbandlike manner and in keeping with the principles
of good citrus husbandry as practiced in St. Lucie County, Florida,
during the full term of this mortgage.
11. For the p~rpose of inducin~ the Mortgagees to make the loan
secured hereby, the Mortgagors represent that the rents now accruing
and hereafter to accrue upon the mortgaged premises are now and dur-
ing the life of this mortgage shall remain free and clear of a~l
liens, encumbrances or pledges.
12. Duiy promptZy and fully to perform, comply with and abide by
each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covena~ts
contained in the priQr mortgage hereinabove described, if ar.y, and
in the obligation secured thereby.
IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between ttie Mortgagors
and the Mortgagees that this mortgage and the promissory note or notes
secured hereby constitute a Florida contract, and shal~ be construed
according to the laws of that State.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagors have executed this mortgage under
seal the day and year first above written.
