Northwest corner of said Government Lot 1 to a point of reference,
which is the intersection of the western bouridary of a County Road
and the~North line of said Section 33; thence run 173.51 feet West
on the North line of said Government Lot 1 to the Point of Beginning;
thence from the Point of Beginning turn 90 degrees and run South
123.13 feet, thence turn 90 degrees and run 90 feet West and parallel
to the North line of said Government Let 1; thence turn and run North
123.13 feet parallel to the East line of the property herein ~
described and thence turn and run 90 feet East along the North line
