May, 1953, made and executed by Richard D. Williams and Juanita S. Williams,
his wife to W. G. Mathes, Incorporated
covering the folloWing property: ~
Lot 5 and the Nortn 12~-feet of Lot 4, Block 6, of Alamanda
Vista Subdivision in the City o~ Ft. Pierce, Florida, according
to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, at page 49, of the
Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
recorded in the Office of the Circu~t Court of the County of St. Lucie and
State of Florida in Book 101 of Mortgages, Page l,1,.9-452 on the 22nd day of May
1953 at 2:45 P.M., and re-recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florid~z in Book 104 of I~Sartgages, Page 561-564
on the 29th day of Octoher, 1953 at 10:50 A.M., and Which mortgage was thereafter
assigned to The Chase National Bank of the City of New York is with the note
accompar~ying it, fully paid and satisfied. And the County Clerk of S~id County
is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the same upon the record thereof,
according to the statutes of such case provicied.
On March 31, 1955 pui'suant to the relevant statutes of the United States and
of the State of New York, The Chase National Bank of the City of New York was
merged into President and Directors of the Manhattan Company under the charter
of said Company, whose corporate title then becameThe Chase Manhattan Bank, as
appears from instruments on file in the office of the Superintendent of Banks
of the State of New York. ~
