OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned al? the rights and re~ervations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATIQN,
AND LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said assignment being recorded in
Official RecQrd Book 186, page 2035, in the office o~ the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
iot block and unit number~ in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for .
nonpayment of maintenance fees as~e~sed, said Affidavit being ~
