The South 100 feet, as measured along the right of way line of U. S.
Highway No. 1, of the following described property, to-wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range
I 40 East, and run West on the South Section line to the East right of
I way line of Federal Highway No. l, as same existed on March 9th, 1955
~a,~Xi~ Highway), and thence NWly along said right of way 893 feet,
more or less to the Northwest corner of lands heretofore sold to
Shanahan (which is more specifically set out in Deed Book 178 at page
397 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida) for point of
beginning of the tract herein described, and from thence run North-
easterly on the North line of said Shanahan property to the East lin
of said Section 22, and thence run North on Section line to the
Southeast corner of lands heretofore sold Brack (which is more speci
fically set out in Deed Book 155, at paqe 29 of the public records o
St. LucieCounty, Florida, and in that certain Quit Claim Deed from
Effie Brack, a single woman, to Frank H. Moore and Bvelyn F. Moore,

his wife, filed December 6th, 1957, under register No. 62270 in the
; public records of St. Lucie County, Florida), and thence South-
~ westerly on the South line of said Brack property to the right of wa
€ line of said highway, and thence Southeasterly on the right of way
~ line 125 feet more or less to the starting point of the tract herein ~
€ ( conveyed being the Northwest corner of the said Shanahan Tract.
