WITNESSETH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars (~$10.00 ) and other good and 1~•
valuable considerations, said Grantor do es hereby granc, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and

tract of land situate in the County of St. Lueie and State of Florida,
described as follows:
. That certain garcel of land lying in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and being in Government Lot 3 and the North one-half of the
North one-half of Government Lot 4, Section 2, Tawnship 37 South,
Range 41 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Start where the South line of the North 330.00 feet of Government Lot
4, Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 41 East intersects the center- ~
line of State Road A-1-A; thence run North 22°58'O1" West along said ;
centerline, a distance of 441.53 feet to the Point of Beginning; '
thence run North 81°55'52" East, a distance of 523.88 feet, more
or less, to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence run South 22°
54'06" East along said waters, a distance of 506.72 feet, more or
less, to a point, which point is the point of intersection•of the
South line of the North 330.00 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 2,
Township 37 South, Range 41 East with the waters of the Atlantic
Ocean; thence run South 88°36'02" West alonq the South line of the
North 330,00 feet of said ~~(3svernment Lot 4 a distance of S43.~6
feet, more or less, to a point of intersection with the said center-
line of State Road A-1-A; thence continue to run South 88°36'02"
West and along said South Line to the waters of the Indian River;
thence along said waters run North 23°12'14" West to the point of
intersection with a line which bears South 81°55'52" West from the
Point of Beginning; thence run North 81°55'S2" East along lastly
said line to the Point of Beginning; Less and Exceptinq right of way
of State Road A-1-A.
