THIS INDENTtJRE, made the 17th day o f Febru ary, 197 2, between
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a corporation organized and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida with its principal office
at 112 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, as guardian of the
property of Victor L. Sunder3and, also known as Victor Sunderland, an
incompetent, and the s aid ST. LUCIS COUNTY BANK, as guardi an of the
estate of Edna B. Sunderland, wife of the said Victor L. Sunderland,
appointed under the provisions of Section 744.315 Florida Statutes
Annotated, party of the first part, and LEONARD L. MILLAR and JSAN S.
MILLAR, husband and wife, whose mailing addresses are Route
Gouvernementale 108, Kraainem, 1950, Belgium, parties of the second part,
WITNSSSSTH:
W~SAS, on February 17th, 1972, upon the petition of said
party of the first part, the Honorable James E. Alderman, County Judge
of St. Lucie County, Florida, authorized said party of the first part to
sell and convey the hereinafter described property belonging to the
~ said Victor L. Sunderland at private sale to the said parties of the

~ second part for the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4, 000.00) cash.
