Said party of the first part, by Petition on the 18th day of
January , 1972 applied to the County Judge in and for St.
. Lucie County, Florida for authority to sell certain real esta~be in

jurisdictional fact; and the said County Judge having found that

Thereupon the said party of the fixst part contracted to sell
the said real estate to the sai.d pa rty of the second part for the
swn of 7.t,renty-nine Thousand Five Hundred ($29,500.00) Dollars; and
the said party of the first part reported the said contract to the
said court, and said court after being fully advi.sed in the premises,
found that the price offered for said real estate was fair and
reasonable and by order entered and rendered on the day of

sale and ordered the said party of the first part to execute a deed
to the party of the seeond part of the real estate as hereinafter
described. ~

N OW T H E R E F 0 R E in consideration of the premises and !

the sum of ~venty-nine Thousand Five Hundred ($29,500.00) Dollars in
hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party
of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that
certain land inSt. Lucie County, Florida described as follows;
