RONALD R. ALBERTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY
O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been ass3grned all the rights and reservations ~
of LAKSWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKTWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTYON CORPORATION, ;
and LAI{Ts INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
OfficiaZ Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Becord Book, 105 page 354 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNTsRS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby re lease, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage
has now been paid:
Lot 12 Block 20 Unit 3
