' ADMINISTRATOR C.T.A.'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed this 3rd day of March, 1972, ~
between DOROTHY E. FREDERICKSEN, as Administrator C.T.A. of ~

the Estate of EMILY K. POPE, party oE the first part, and ;
HARRY A. LLEWELLYN and ANNA MARIE LLEWELLYN, his wife, parties
of the second part:
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, DOROT~iY E.
FREDERICKSEN, as Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate of EMILX K.
POPE, by petition, applied to the County Judge in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, for an Order approvinq the sal~ of
certain real property included within the Estate's assets.
That said Order of approval was entered by said Court on the
21st day o~ December, 1971. Said Order directed the party
of the first part to sell to the parties of the second part
the following described real property, to-wit: •
Lots l, 2 and 3, Block 19, HARMONY HEIGHTS
NO. 4, St. Lucie County, Florida, Lot 1
beinq recorded in Deed Book I99, paqe
405, and Lots 2 and 3 being revorded in
_ Deed Book 190, page 559, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, said party of
the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, a2iens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the said parties of the
second part, and to their heirs, successors assigns forever,
the certain land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
described as follows:
" Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 19, HARMONY HEIGHTS
NO. 4, St. Lucie County, Florida, Lot 1
being recorded in Deed Book 199, page
405, and Lots 2 and 3 being recorded in
Deed Book 190, page 559, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
i
and appurtenances thereunto belonqinq or in anywise appertaininq.
