the second part, and to theirs heirs and successors and
assiqns in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covengnt
to and with the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and successors and assiqns, that in all thinqs preli.minary to
and in and about said-sale and this conveyance, the Orders
of said Court and the laws of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
