SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That The FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF MIAMI, a national banking association, of Miami, Florida, the
owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by NAT HARRISON
& ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, to The FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF MIAMI, a national banking association, bearing the date of
the 26th day of February, 1972, recorded in Official Records Book 191,
page 2857, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie
County, State of Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
-------0NE MILLION------------00/100--DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00)-------- ~
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows,
to wit: "

All of Government Lots 3 and 4 in Section 7, Township 35
South, Range 41 East; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following:
l. The West 70 feet of the above as right of way for
State Road AlA. ~
2. That part of Government Lat 3 subdivided as a part i
of Surfside, Unit 2, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 11, page 8 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3.. The right of way for South Ocean Drive as conveyed to
the City of Fort Pierce by deed recorded in Deed Book 231,
at page 228, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
4. That part of the South 60 feet of said Government Lot
3 lying East of the right of way for South Ocean Drive hereto-
fore conveyed to St. Lucie County by deed recorded in Deed
Book 238, page 589 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

; Range 41 East, together with littoral rights, but subject to
County road rights of way deeded to St. Lucie County, State
~ of Florida by A. Etteene Baker, a widow, by deeds recorded ~t

~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, but including
? any interest or title acquired by the grantors by virtue of
~ the reverter clause set out in each of the above mentioned deeds.
