serve and keep in full force und et~ect its esistence, franchises, rights

SECTION 1.06. All rigLt, title ~nd interest of the 1liort~;t~gor in and ~
to all estensions, impi•o~ements, betterments, rene~vuls, snbstitntes and
replacements of, and all additions and appurtenances to, the ~fort-
gaged Property, hereafter acqnired by, or released to, the ~liortgagor
or constracted, assembled or placed by the 1liortgagor on the Premises,
and all conversions of the securitv constituted thereby, immediatelp
npon snch acquisition, release, construction, assemblina, placement or
