scribed. The ~tortaugor shall immediately notify the ~Iortaa~ee
~vhenever txny such separate insurance is tAken out and shull promptly
deliver to the 1liortgugeo the policy or policiea of snch insnrance. ~
Sgcriox 1.10. If the ~fortaugor shAll fail to perform any of tho ~
~ covenants contained in Section 1.01, 1.03, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09, 1.12 or 1.15, 1
the DSortgngee may make ud~•ances to perform the same in its behalf, i
and all snms so advanced shall be a lien upon the ~iortgaged Property ~
and shall be secured hereby. The Diortgagor ~vill repap on demand '
all snms so advanced on its behalf with interest at the Involuntury
Rate. The provisions of this Section 1.I0 shtill not prercnt uny
