All financial statements of the l~iortaagor or Gnarantor, if any, shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted acconntina practice, shall be delivered in dnplicate, and, in the case of the 1`fortgagor, shall be accompanied by the certificate of a principal financial or accounting officer of the ~Iort;agor, dated within ; five (5) daps of the delivery of snch statements to the ~iortaagee, ~ stating that he l~ows of no Event of Default, nor of any defanlt ~ which after notice or lapse of time or both wonld constitnte an Event of Default, which has occnrred and is continuina, or, if any anch i defanlt or Event of Defanlt has occnrred and is continning, specifying ~ the natnre and period of ezistence thereof and what action the ~iort- gaaor has taken or proposes to take with respect thereto, and, eacept as otherwise specified, stating that the ~fortgagor has fnlfilled all its obligations nnder this ~iortgaae which are reqnired to be fnlfilled on I or prior to the date of snch certificate. ~ (c) The ~iortaagor, within three (3) days upon request in person or within five (5) days npon request by mail, will fnrnish a~vritten ~ statement dnly acknowled;ed of the amonnt dne whether for principal or interest on this ~iortaage and v~hether Any offsets or defenses eaist ~ against the ~tortgage indebtedness. . ~ F r S~cx~ox 1.12.
