(b) The ~tortgagor will not ezecute anp lease of all or a snb- ~
stantial portion of the Premises ezcept for actual occupancy by the
lessee thereunder, and ~vill at all tinies promptly and fuithfully per- ~
form, or cause to be performed, all of the covenants, conditions and
agreements contained in ull leases of the Premises now or hereafter
esisting, on the part of the lessor thereunder to be kept and performed
and ~vill at all times do all things necessary to compel performance by
the lessee uuder each lease of all obligations, covenants and ngreementa
by such lessee to be performed thereunder. If any of snch leases provide
for the giving by tLe lessee of certificates with respect to the statns of
such leases, tLe ~iortgagor shall eaercise its right to rec~nest such
certificates within five (5) days of any demand therefor by the I?iort-

(c) The ~iortgagor shall fnrnish to the ~iortgagee, ~vitlun thirty
(30) days after a request bp the ~iort~agee to do so, a written state-
ment contAining the names of all lessees of the Premises, the terms
of their respective leases, the space occnpied t?nd thQ rentals payable
` therennder.
