firming snch attornment.

SECTION 1.17. Subject to the conditions specified in tLe neat par- i
agraph of this Section, the ~Iortgagee will, npon reqnest of the ~iort- '
gagor, eaecnte non-distnrbance and attornment agreements vcith lessees ~
of tha Premises ~hich shall provide that in the event the ~iortgagee or }
any pnrchaser at for~closure shall succeed to the ~iortgagor's interest ~

~ priate markinga, snch markings to Ue certiSed to be true and com-
~ plete by the responsible ot~ccr of thc '~iortgAgor or bp its connsel,

~ (iv) the ~fortgagce shnll recei~*e a letter, signed Uy thQ ~Iortaagor
~ and uddressed to the lessee, to he for«arded to the lessee by the
~ ~iortasgee, 'giving notice of the .~ssignment of eACh lease provided
~ for herein, and (v) the appro~al bp t~np lender to which this DSortgage
ia to be asaigned of the esecution of such an agreement.
