Sgcriox 2.02. (a) The ~ortgagee may adjonrn from time to time ~
! any sale by it to be made under or by virtue of this ~Iortgage by '
' announcement at the time and pluce appointed for snch sale or for
! snch adjourned sale or sales; and, ezcept as otherwise provided by any
~ applicable provision of law, the l~fortaugee, without further notice or _
; publication, may make such sale at the time and place to ~vhich tLe
~ same shall be so adjonrned. ~

E (b) Upon the completiou of any sale or sales made by the ~iort-

~ gagee nnder or by virtne of this grticle II, the Mortgagee, or au
~ o~cer of any court empowered to do so, shall egecnte and deliver to
~ the accepted pnrchaser or purchasers a good and su~cient instrnment,

~ or good ana sufficient instruuients, conveyina, assigning and transfer-
~ ring all estate, right, title and interest in and to the property and rights
~ sold. The _liortgagee is hereby uppointed the true and lawful attorney
~ irrevocable of the ~iortgagor, in its name and stead, to make all neces-
~ sury conveyances, ussignments, transfers and deliveries of the Mort-
~ gaged Property and rights so sold and for that purpose the Diortgagee :
- may egecute all necessury instruments of conveyance, assignment and ;
~ transfer, and may snbstitnte one or more persona with like power, the i
