( the Mortgagor) . The M~rt~agee is now the lawful owner and holder of a I~uilding Loan Mortgage (the New Mortgage), dated the d~te tiereof, from the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, the mort- ~aRe or mort~a~es (hereinafter termed the Prior Mortgage) described in Exhibit A hereto and the obligations secured b,y each of such mort~ages (the Mortgages).
