between the CHASE I~IANHATTAN MORTGAG~ AND REALTY TRUST, a
Massachusetts business trust having its principal office
at 1 I3oston Place, ~3oston, Massachusetts (the Mortgagee)
anct HARHISON LAi~D D~VELOPt~:iJT, INC. ( the Mortgagor) .
The M~rt~agee is now the lawful owner and holder
of a I~uilding Loan Mortgage (the New Mortgage), dated the
d~te tiereof, from the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, the mort-
~aRe or mort~a~es (hereinafter termed the Prior Mortgage)
described in Exhibit A hereto and the obligations secured
b,y each of such mort~ages (the Mortgages). The Mort~agor
is the o~rner of the premises (the Premises) described in
~cr~edule /1 hereto which are sub3ect to the Mortgages;
The Mort~agee and the Mortgagor have agreed to ~
consolid8te and coordinate the liens of the Mortgages and
to modify the terms thereof and of the obligations se-
cured thereby in the manner hereinafter set forth; j
NOW, TI{EREFORE, in consideration of the mutual
