REI,EASE OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MIId 8Y THESE PRESENTS, TAAT BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF COCOA, a national banking corporation, did on the 17th day

of May, 1971, obtain a Judgment in the amount of $1,546.43, against ~

ARTHUR HARTUNG and MAE HARTUNG, his wife, which Judgment was duly ~
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on May 20, 1971, in Official Record Book 192, at
,
page 2000, and
WHEREAS, an offer has been made to BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF COCOA to pay the sum of $200.00 towards the Judgment in
consideration of a=elease of said judgment and the lien and oper-

ation thereof from, and only from, Lot 18, Block 3, INDIAN HILLS
. ~
ESTATES, according to the plat ther~of recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 32, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF COCOA, a

national banking corporation, hereby releases Lot 18, Block 3,

: INDIAN HILLS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in

~ Plat Book 10, page 32, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
from the lien and ope=ation of th~ aforementioned Judgment in con-

~ sideration of the sum of $200.00 being paid this day, it being {

~ specifically understood that this is a release of the aforedescribed ;
~ land from the Judgment mentioned above and not a complete satis- ~
