~ Together with all buildings, improveme~ts, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereaNer erected there-
on or placed therein, includi~g all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whethe~ i~ single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
~ other services, and any other thing now or hereaNer therein or thereon, the f~rnishing of which by leuors
