MORTGAGE MCD IFICATION AGREEMENT ~

Whereas, Frank B. Scarborough and Emma M. Scarborough, his E
wife, are the owners and holders of certain Mortgage Deed given
to them by A1 C. Gordy and Ann S. Gordy, his wife, said deed
being dated February 1, 1967 and having been recorded on May 12,
1967 in O.R. Book 166, Page 981 et seq:
W'hereas the parties wish to re-arrange the terms of payment
for their mutual convenience and benefit:
Naw therefore, in consideration of $10.00 paid by Mortgagor
to Mortgagee, =eceipt of which is acknowledged and other good
and valuable considerations, it is aqreed by and among the parties
as follo~ws :
l. The parties acknowledge that, as of the date hereof, the
principle balance remaining unpaid on the debt secured by the
above mortgage is the sum of $19,000.00 and it is agreed that the
same is due and payable as follows:
