For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assiqns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
p~„qlas A. & Eleanor R. Venn , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated December 17 19 71 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Flori a, in~R Book • p , page~_, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:

RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, t

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note. j

Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration -
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
