by Oi3TDOOR RESORTS OF A1~RICA, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, to IOWA LAND AND GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January.l2, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Baok 182,
Paye 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paqe 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of $ 300.00 , hereby on this 29th
day of February , 19 72 , releases from the lien of that Mortqaqe the
real property in that County described as:
i.ot i1o. 1252-N , Section II , in that certain Condaminiuca known as
OiTPD00R RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles
Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominium, OfFicial Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last ~
aaended Official Record Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lancls designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amendecl) as common elements and limited cammon
elements;~and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonginq or in anywise appertaining;
without impairinq the lien on the remaining part of the property described in that
Mortqage. ~
