ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE .
For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assiqns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporatie~ whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
ldilliam H_ and Dorothv Vanknuyhnet , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America, ~
Irc., dated Dec. 16 19 71 , and filed for record in the Public Rec~rds in and/for ~
St. Lucie County, Flori~a, i-n~R Book 1~p , page //S'd, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No , Section~_, in that certain condominium known as OUTOOOR
RESORTS F AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page l:lA through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of Ameri~a, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
