WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and
authority to it given in and by Order Authorizing Sale issued by the
County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
2nd day of July, 1971, with reference to the estate of Stanley A.
Shank, deceased, and in consideration of the sum of Eighteen Thousand
Five Hundred ($18,500.00) Dollars to it paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
