WHEREAS, HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY, a corporation under

the laws of the State of Delaware and lawfully authorized to transact business ~
~
in the State of Florida, conveyed to ALTO VIEW LIQUORS, INC. , a corporation
;
under the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 416 Angle
Road, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, certain
lands situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, by Special Warranty Deed, dated
the 30th day of July, 1968, recorded in Official Records Book 173, page 51,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and :
WHEREAS, Humble Oil & Refining Company reserved an easement
across the property conveyed by said deed as follows:
"RESERVING, however, unto party of the first part, its
successors and assigns, an easement for the use, operation
and maintenance of a two inch shallow well, pump, pump
house and water line on the land hereby conveyed, said water
line running to land owned by party of the first part adjoining
on the west the land hereby conveyed, which land is used by
party of the first part as a gasoline service station site, and
said easement being for the benefit of such land. This ease-
` ment shall exist so long as said well is useful to party of the
` first part, its successors and assigns. "

` WHEREAS, Alto View Liquors, Inc. has requested Humble Oil & Refin-

~ ing Company to release said easement and Humble Oil & Refining Company is

~ willing to do so;

~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, Humble Oil & Re-
~
~
~ fining Company does hereby cancel the easement set forth above in the lands
~
~ conveyed to Alto View Liquors, Inc. by deed dated the 30th day of July, 1968,

~ recorded in Official Records Book 173, page 51, Public Records of St. Lucie . i

County, Florida.
