Petitioner, MARY H. KELLY, as Administratrix of the Estate
of LUCY HOLLAND, Deceased, respectfully alleges as follows:
l. Part of the assets of this estate consist of:

Lot 4, Block 3, Seminole Park Subdivision, as ~
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, .
page 11, public records of St. Lucie County, i
Florida; including dwellinq. -
2. The real property referred to above has an appraised
value of $8,900.00.
3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the estate to sell the above described ~

real property, since it does not bring any income into the estate,
the house located on said property is unoccupied and depreciatinq ~

in value due to lack of maintenance, and because distribution of {

! said property in kind would be impractical.
4. MARY H. KELI,Y, Individually, hereby consents to the sale

e of this property. All other heirs-at-law of this estate shall be ~
~ ~ ,
~ qiven notice of this Petition.

~ 5. Petitioner has received an offer to purchase this real
~
~
property for a purchase price of $8,500.00. Because this property
~
is unoccupied and depreciating in value, Petitioner feels that

~ this is the best offer that will be received for said property.

6. A signed Contract for Sale, conditioned upon court ap- j
~ ;
~ proval, has been received to purchase said property at the above ~
~
_ mentioned purchase price, upon the following terms and conditions ~
(A copy of said Contract for Sale is attached hereto):
• Purchaser: Bernard E. Proud & Edna B. Proud, H&W.
Purchase Price: $8,500.00; $100.00 down and balance
at closinq.
