ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
THIS CAUSE cominq on this day to be heard upon the Petition
of MARY H. KELLY, as Administratrix of the Estate of LUCY HOLLAND,
Deceased, for an Order authorizing the sale of certain real property
belonqing to this estate, and the Court havinq determined that it
is in the best interest of the estate to sell said real property
since it does not brinq any income into the estate, the house lo-
cated on said property is unoccupied and depreciating in value due
to lack of maintenance, and because distribution of said property
in kind would be impractical; that a signed Contract for Sale has
been received to purchase the property from the estate for a pur-
chase price of $8,500.00. This isti~e best offer received for said
property.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARY H. KELLY,
' as Administratrix of the Estate of LUCY HOLLAND, Deceased, is

~ authorized to sell the following described real property to BERNARD

€ E. PROUD and EDNA B. PROUD, Husband and Wife, for a purchase price
~ of $8,500.00, pursuant to the Contract for Sale received by said
