HOLLAND, Deceased, by virtue of the.power and authority to her
through Letters of Administration issued to her by the County
Judge's Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, dated July
1, 1971; and pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court,
Sarasota County, Florida, Authorizing Sale dated January 25,
1972; and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and OVC to
her paid by the Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
