and with the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, that she is law-
fully the Administratrix of the Estate of LUCY HOLLAND, Deceased,
and has the power to convey as aforesaid, and has in all respects
acted in making this conveyance, in pursuant of the authority
granted in and to her by the said Letters of Administration;
and that she has not made, done or suffered any act, matter or
thing whatsoever, as Administratrix as aforesaid, whereby th~
above described property or any part thereof, now is, or at any
time hereafter shall, or may be impeached, charged, or encumbered
in any manner whatsoever. ~
