ACKNOWLEDGMEN^1 AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed
and execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said pro~~isions
(including the WI;IDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA IZCCREATION CENTER L~ASE .
as filed for-record in Official Records Book 189 on pages I829 through
1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts
of the officers and directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TIIE SEA CONDOMINIUM
NO. 1 ASSOCIATTON., INC., a Florida corporatian not for profit, in mak-
ing and entering into said Lease) The Grantee agrees to be bound by all
of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said
provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby im-
presses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as
security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Conc3ominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract
executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all o~ the warranties,
