Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafier erected there-
" on or placed therein, including all apparatvs, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trslly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
