said ADAH ALLEN WITI~RSPOON, as Administratrix of the Estate
of O. T. ALLEN, deceased, pursuant to the Order of said Court,
in consideration of the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
($12,500.00) Dollars paid by the Parties of the Second Part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the
' First Part has granted, bargained, sold, and by these pre-
' sents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and

~ confirm unto the Parties of the Second Part, and to their

~ heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, that

~ certain parcel of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described

a as follows, to-wit:

~ Lot 13, and the South-half (S'~) of Lot 14, of
~ Woodmount Subdivision, in the City of Fort
~ Pierce, Florida, according to a plat thereof
s recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 83, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
