NINTH: The Mortgagor hereby woives all rights of homesrcod and exemption graMed by the Constitul~on and laws of
Florida. (t is specificolly ogreed thof time is of the essence in this contracf and thot no waiver by the Mortg~gee of any obligotion
hereunder or of the obligation secvred hereby shall at ony time thereafter be held to be a woiver of the terms hereof or of the
obligotion secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon any sale, tronsfe? or conveyance of the property herein described and covered by this mortgage to any
person, firm or corporotion, not previously approved in writing by the holder of this mortgage, Me Mortgogee or holder sholl hove i
the righr to octele~ate the maturity of Mis mortgoge as though if were due ond poyable on the day of such transfe~ and to demond
paymenf in full of the said mortgage omount or any unpaid bolonte fhereof, and fo exertise oll fhe rights and remedies herein or
by low reserved to said Mortgagee fhe same as in ony event of defautt hereunder, anything in ihe promissory note secured
hereby or herein to fhe contrary nothwithstonding.
KEVENTH: If foretlosure proceedings of any setor?d mortgage or setond trusf deed or any junior lien of any kind should
be instituted, the Mortgagee moy, at its option immediotely or fhereafter dedore this mortgage and the indebtedness secured
hereby due and payable.
TWQFTH: That in the event the premises hercby mortgaged, or any port thereof, shall be condemned and token for public
use u~der the power of eminent domain, the Mortgagee shall have the right to demand thof oll damages awarded for the taking
of or damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mo~tgagee, up to the omount then unpaid on this mortgage and the obligation
secured hereby and may be applied upon the poyments lost poyable under this mortgage and the obligatio~ secured hereby.
THIRTEENTH: Thot irutollmenfs, payable under the terms hereof and the nafe secured hereby, not paid when due, shall be
subject, after fifteen (15) doys From the due dote thereof, to, and it is agreed Mortgagee sholl collect thereon and therewith, o
"late tho~ge" in the omount of four per tent (4~) of the installment due upon each such delinquent instollment, and such "late
charges" ure secured by the lien hereof.

FOURTEENTH: Without impairing the obligations of Mortgagor contained in paragraphs SECOND, THIRD ond FOURTH
hereof, ond for opplication to fhe purposes thereof insofar ox fhe same sholl be sufiitienf, Mortgagor shall, in addition to the
monthly paymenis of principal and inferest os stated in the originat note (and in the note or nofes secured he~eby) provided to be
