Second Parties, their heirs, personal representatives and
assigns, forever, the lands described and all their appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the Second Parties, their heirs, ~

STt1ART is now siezed and possessed and of which N. H. McAFEE, s
a/k/a NELSON H. McAF'EE, a,/k/a NELSON HURLEY McAFEE, died seized
and possessed, as fully and completely as FIRST NATIONAL BANK, f
AND 'I~U ST COMPANY OF STUART, as Ancillary Administrator, could
or should convey the property under and pursuant to the Orders
of the above mentioned Court and the applicable law.
