land, ead fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, isswes, proceeds and profits

going description and the habendum thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, Water
and other heating,cooking, refrigerating, lighting, pl~bing, ventilatiag, irrigating
and po~rer systems, machines, appliances, fixtures and appurtenances, vbich noW are or
me4Y hereafter pertain to, or be used vith, in or on said premises, even though they
be detached or detachable; also, all buildiag, improvement or coastruction materials,
supplies and equipm~ent hereafter delivered to said laad contemplating install,ation
or use in constructions thereon and all rights and interest of the Mortgag~or in build-
ing permits and architectural plans and specifications relating to conteaplated
constructions or improvements on said land end ell rights and interest of t~+lortgagor in
present or flzture mortgsge loan co~itments pertaining to s~r of said land and 1,mprove-
ments thereon. ~
TO AAV$ AND TO HOLD the same, together vith all and singular the tenements, ~
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto bel~onging or in a~rise appertaining, a.nd ~
the reversion aad reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, isswes aad profits `
tt~ereof, and also sll tbe estate, right, title, interestt property, pos$ession, claim '
