ACKNC7WLEDG;~lENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY GRA?~TTEES
Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this
Deed, acknowledge, on behalf of themselves, their heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that:

(a) the Grantor has fully performed all of its obligations
and covenants as contained in a contract for purchase and
sale previously enterea into between the parties; (b) this
conveyance is subject in every respect to the Declaration
of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 198 at
page 2833 of the Public Reco=ds of St. Lucie County, Flor-
ida, as amended, ana to the provisions of all other instru-
ments incorporated therein by reference; they have read
and examined said Declaration and all other instru~rents in-
corporated therein by reference and have given their con-
sent and approval of, and covenant azd agree to ab ide by,
, each and every provision of the said Declaration of Con-

dominium and all instruments incorporated therein by refer- ~

: ence; (d) they agree to abide by eac2z of the additional ~

(e) Grantor has fur-
~ restrictions set forth in this Deed;

~ nished them with an interim tit?e insurance b inder of Lawyers
Title Znsurance Corporation which Grantees have approved;
~ ~f) notwithstanding that this Deed is a Warranty Deed,

Grantees will look solely to said title insurer, and Grantor

is relieved of all obligations, with respect to any title
= defect whatsoever; and (g) Grantees hereby assume the
