O. Box 249, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", as First Party, and R08ERT F. EARLY and IMOG~'~1E BRITT EARLY, his wife, whose mailing address is 5803 S. Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred to as "Owners", as Parties of the Second Part; WHEREAS, Owners have acquired title to real property situate ~ in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Condominium Apartment Units B-I-101 to B-I-110, both inclusive, and Numbered B-I-201 to B-I-208, both inclusive, and B-I-210, according to Declaration of Condominium of Colonnades Condominium No. 4, as recorded in Official Record Book 198 at page 2833 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as the same is amended in Official Record Book 199 at page 850 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the undivided interest in the comanon elements which are appurtenant to each apartment. by deed from First National Bank of Fort Pierce as Trustee, under Trust Agreement dated November 17, 1970 and known as Trust No. 2, ~ t dated ~~a ZG~= , 1972 and filed~ for public record in ! ; Official Record Book tqp at Page y6 , records of St. ~ ~ Lucie County, Florida, by which deed Owners did assume and agree to ~ pay the mortgage indebtedness due Mortgagee which is described in z ~ and secured by mortgage dated February 23, 1971 from said Trustee to ~ Nbrtgagee which is recorded in Official Record Book 190 at page 1740 ~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~ WHEREAS, Owners, having assumed the liability for the payment ~ ~ of said mortgage indebtedness due Mortgagee, have requested Mortgagee ~ to modify the rate of interest hereafter accruing on the mortgage r~- debt and to extend the maturity of such indebtedness all as hereinafter ~-x ~Y. set forth; and WHEREAS, interest has been paid to date on the mortgage debt with the principal thereof being $152,000.00; ~a~ ryTh THIS INSTRUMENT WAS PR~PARED B FRANK fEE - FlRST FEDERAL BLDG. ~ fORT PIERCE, ELORIQA ~ ~ OR ~ ~cuK2~0 r~1~~ N ~ . - _ ~ ~ , _ : . ~ ~ _ _ ~ ~ ~ - ; ; ~ ,r...... _r~: << . . . . ~r ~
