- WHEREAS, Juanita Briiton, a f k/a Agnes Juanita Britton, late of Dade
County, Florida, died on March 19, 1971, leaving a Last Vtrill and Testament,
~ which, having been satisfactorily proven, was on the 30th day of 14Yar_ch,1971,
duly admitted to probate and record in this Court; and
WHEREAS, by said Last ~ViII and Testament, JEAN\E CASTO and EDDIE
M. OHI, JR. were named as Etecutors thereof, and they having prayed the
' Court to grant Letters Testamentary thereon to them as such Executors and ~
' having, in due form of law, taken the prescribed oath, and performed all other

: acts necessary to their legal qualifications as such Executors; and
- WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued to JEANNE CASTO and -
EDDIE M. OHI, JR. , as Co-E~ecutors, on April 6, 1971; and
WHEREAS, JEFiN~TE CASTO has resigned as Co-Executor and her resig-
nation has been accepted and approved by this Court;

County Judges in and for the state and county aforesaid, by virtue of the power
and authority by law in me vested, do hereby dec~are the said EDDIE M. OHI,
JR. duly qualified by the laws of the said state to act as Executor of said Last £

these presents to administer all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and
