The Petition of EDDIE NI. OHI, JR. , Executar of the Estate of Juanita '
Britton, a/k/a Agnes Juanita Britton, deceased, respectfully alleges to the Court i
as folloti~s:
1. That part of the assets of the above estate consists of an undivided
one-half (1 /2) interest in real praperty located at St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as:
BEGINNING at the southsast corner of Lot One (1), go
south a distance of 650 feet (parallel to the centerline
of Selvitz Road) to a point of beginning; thence south
150 feet (parallel to the said centerline of Selvitz Road);
thence west .610 feet (parallel to the centerline of State
Road 712); thence north 150 feet (parallel to the center-
line of Selvitz Road); thence east 610 feet (parallel to the
centerline of State Road ? 12) to the point of Beginning; all ~
located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township i
~ 36 South, Range 40 East, in MODEL LAND COMPANY '
E SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
~ in Plat Book 4, at page 34, of the Public Records of
; St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary and to be in

~ the best interests of the estate to sell the above-described real property, in order
~
~ to provide funds for distribution.
3. That HENRY VAVRA, who is the owner of the other undivided one-
~ half (1/2) interest in the above-captioned real property, is desirous of selling
~
~
~ his said one-half (1/2) interest in conjun~tion with the sale by this estate.

4. A Deposit Receipt Agreement conditioned upon approval by this ;
