THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this day upon the Petition ;

of Eddie M. Ohi, Jr. , as Executor of the estate of Juanita Britton, a/k/a Agnes
Juanita Britton, deceased, for an order authorizing sale of real property, and
v~~ritten ~vaiver of notice and consent to the foregoing petition ha~~ing been duly ~
filed by Jeanne Casto, residuary beneficiary of said estate, and it appearing to
the Court that it is expedient and to the best interests of said estate to sell said
real property in accordance ~~•ith the terms and conditions of the Deposit Receipt
Agreement attached to said petition and filed herein; and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Eddie M. Ohi, Jr. , Executor of the

~ estate of Juanita Britton, a/k/a Agnes Juanita Britton, deceased,. be and he is

j hereby authorized to sell the following described real property: '

distance of 650 feet (parallel to the centerline of Selv itz Road)
~ to a point of beginning; thence south 150 feet (parallel to the
~ said centerline of Selvitz Road); thence west 610 feet (parallel
` to the centerline of State, Road ?12); thence north 150 feet (parallel
~ to the centerline of Selvitz Road); thence east 610 feet (parallel to
~ the centerline of State Road ? 12) to the point of Beginning; all
located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 36 South,
~ Range 40 East, in MODEL LAND COMPANY .SUBDIVISION,
