AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
NORMAN H. GOLDSTEIN, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says
as follows: -
1. That he is an attorney duly admitted to practice law
in the State of Florida, maintaining offices at 2020 N. E. 163rd
Street, North Miami Beach, Florida.
2. That he represents First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
as Trustee, under Trust Agreement dated November 17, 1970 and known
as Trust No. 2, and in connection with said representation, prepared
a certain AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COLONNADES
CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, said amendment having been recorded in O. R. Book
199, Page 2283 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That in the first and second paragraph of the said
amendment reference is made to O. R. Book 198, Page 2690 of the j
Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, but that in both of said
instances the said reference should properly have been to the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

'E 4. That affiant knows of his own knowledge that there are

i no amendments to the Declaration of Condominium of Colonnades
~ Condominium No. 6 recorded in the Public Records of Brevard County,

s Florida, but that there is recorded in O.R. Book 198, Page 2690 of

~ the Public Records of St. Lucie, Florida an amendment to the said
