1. All lots in BE~CtI CLGB COLO\Y, S~CT~O\ O~E, accordind
to the Plat therec~f, tiled \iay 13, 1971, and recorded in Plat
3ook 16, Pa~e 11, St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida, public records, shall
be used exclusive:ty for residential purposes, with the exception
t~~at Lots 1, 2, 3~ and 4, of said sub~ivision may also be used for
business purposes.

Should the ouz~er of any such parcei fail or refuse to provide such
care or perform such maintenance for a periou of not less than
thirty (30) consecutive days, t:~en and in any such event, the Grantor,
his heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns, hereby res-
erves the rioht to send a formal written notice to said o~vner de-
mandin~ t~hat the restriction herein contained be strictly complied
wit;~ within a period not to exceed fourteen (14) days. Suc:~ notice
shall be mailed to the otimer at tl~e lebal address for the Parcel.
upon the expiration of the tir~e period set forth in the said notice,
and upo~ t:~e continued failure ~y the o~vner to comPly ~cith the res-
: triction herein provided, t~ien ar.d in any such event t:~e Grantor,
his heirs, legal represen~atives, successors and assi~ns, may enter
