DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIO~N, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 18Z,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Page 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of $ 665.00 , hereby on this 7th

real property in that County described as:

Declaration of Condominium, Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
anended Official Record Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands desiqnated by said
Plat and Ueclaration (as amendeu) as common elements and limited cozm?on
ele,-nents; and, (ii) all tenesaents, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonqinq or in anywise appertaininq;
without impairinq the lien on the remaining part of the property described in ti~at
