of March, 1965 wherein Wagner Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation,

I granted to Florida Natfonal Bank at Orlando, a corporation existing
~ under the laws of the United States of America, a first mortgage

~ interest in certain personal property and chattels more partic-
~
~ ularly described therein and located on real property more partic-
~
~ ularly described therein has been and was assigned to Connecticut
General Life Insuzance Company of Hartforc3; Connecticut by that
~ certain Assignment dated the Sth day of October, 1965 and recorded
~
~ in Official Records Book 128, page 276, Public Records of St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida. •

~ 3. That Connecticut General Life Insurance Cosnpany is the
~
- awner and holder of said Assignment and the mortgage interest created
thereby.

~y 4. That there remains unpaid on said mortgaqe account the sum
~ to ether with interest thereon at the rate of six
